I know. Something smells. Especially with the lack of authoritative output from the Commission. They're usually good about putting out "stuff" regarding their operations. Time to email a Congress critter's staffers and ask if they could look into what's happening. They literally drop everything to respond to Congressional inquiries. I can't imagine the revenue-bearing users of ULS are very happy as they can't do any online filings. What year? Today is the 20th!
(It's a federal holiday.. nobody is working)
As a federal holiday means no government employees were working... Yes. It is a change.
I saw last night that parts (only parts) of the FCC are back up and somewhere it said no updates were there since June 10. It was clear they are still working on things and it would take a while. (Some parts still just freeze up.) I suggest people give it several more days rather than being frustrated. It's back online now.
I just did a couple searches and it looks like the last PLMR license grants were on June 12 and the last applications were received on June 9.
I'm thinking at least those were ones that were recorded into a recovery backup. I wonder how many applications fell into the abyss. (Channeling the owl eating a Tootsiepop, "The world may never know.")It's back online now.
