From the homepage, when I click on FCC Grants, it takes me to this page https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?tab=fcc&ctid=1876&opt=fccg . If I am looking for grants for Suffolk County NY, why is New York City referenced?

US > New York > Suffolk (County) [New York City]

Just curious.

I must be missing something, as I don't see any licenses for NYC on that page.

If you're referring to the page header Suffolk (County) [New York City], that has displayed that way for years. It simply notes that Suffolk County is part of the NYC metro area, nothing more.

It simply notes that Suffolk County is part of the NYC metro area, nothing more.

Copy that. I never clicked metro. I always just clicked the county of interest.

But I see what you mean. Never looked at this before.
