FCC NOV to ham for operating on 173 MHz

We simply do not have any information beyond he transmitted on that frequency, and no reason as to why. Speculation is great, until it isn't.

This seems to be taking up a lot of room in the minds of many of our members judging by the 3 pages of speculation posted so far.

Until there's more information from the parties involved, there's no point in wasting any more bandwidth on this.
