The emission designator is 11K2F3E, which is narrow band analog. Station class FB8 and MO8 means it's a trunked system. No way to tell more than that, but likely a LTR or Passport system.
Since it was recently granted, it's unlikely it's a Motorola SmartNet system as those are falling out of support from Motorola.
