Made two updates to the database today, based on two new systems I monitored whilst driving through the Lassen County/Susanville area yesterday.
One is for the Federal Prison at Herlong, and one is for the now-changed VHF Sierra Army Depot TRS. They were previously on the high side of VHF, 163-174, etc; now they run in the 138mhz area.
