Federal Car Stolen

I may have gotten some of the details wrong, so forgive me ahead of time. Anyway, Grand Traverse County just put out a BOL for a stolen vehicle out of (I think) Sterling Heights area. It is a federal agent car, containing several firearms, body armor, and a radio. I did't catch the make/model of the car (I'm assuming it's a crown vic) or the plate. A hundred BOLs get put out ever day here, so I wasn't really paying attention until the federal agent part was mentioned, then I perked up. Anyone else heard this or have details they can add?

Black 2002 Ford CVPI with tinted windows. Michigan Reg of AAZ 7405. Stolen from Utica Rd & 18 Mile Rd.
