I've already made an eastern shore related federal thread and another one for a specific frequency, so I think it's about time I started just dumping everything in one place rather than all over (kinda like the milair guys do).

My UNID/partially ID'd list from the last 7 days. Some may be repeats, in which case I apologize.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

163.625

Consolidated the following:

165.1625 / 164.175 / 162.0625 - CIA VA/DC/MD Wide-Area SFTRS
TG 15 - CIA SPS
TG 17 - Unknown Escort / Convoy Operations

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Plus the following new additions and updated IDs
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

163.675
NAC 086
RID 620xxxx
ID - Likely ICE (historical use indicates CBP in DB)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

166.4375 - CBP/ICE NET 1
PL 100.0
Heard a long MDC-type burst on analog, which I found pretty surprising given the current heavy use of P25.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

170.750 - USMS
NAC 293
RID 820xxxx
ID - likely federal courthouse security (prior DB usage), maybe Baltimore

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

170.850 - USMS
NAC 864
RID (additional) 818xxxx

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

171.6625
NAC 156
RID (additional) 217xxxx - MD state government uses this set for Cache radios (assigned to PSP during Baltimore Riots)
849xxxx

Hey cool, that's a dang long way away to be getting that.

I've submitted the CIA SFTRS to the database, however they want to put it in.

Did briefly catch an 848xxxx RID on NAT DIRECT the other day.

Other new unknown freqs noted, mostly from NE Baltimore or northern AA Co:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
164.1375 - Historical DB use by DOA USFS, NIFC
NAC 156 - Common DOJ DEA use.
RIDs not yet decoded.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
164.4 - USSS PAPA
NAC 001 - USSS
RIDs not yet decoded.
I've noted this because I heard it from NE Baltimore, which is a long way from DC- there's got to be a tower up towards Baltimore.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
165.65 - No US DB history. See below.
NAC 001 - USSS
RIDs not yet decoded.
External source indicates this may be the net for the USSS Baltimore Field Office.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
165.6675 - Only DB history is one entry for FAA MO
NAC 864 - Common DOJ USMS use.
RIDs not yet decoded.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
168.0175 - US DB history for DOI BLM/DOA USFS
NAC 864 - Common DOJ USMS use.
RIDs not yet decoded.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
171.6625 - DB history for DHS ICE. Heard in NE Baltimore.
LINK BY RID 222xxxx/NAC 156/KEYID TO:
171.7375 -
No US DB history. Heard in NE Howard Co.
Both are almost certainly DHS ICE
DB sub to follow after some coverage area mapping for both nets.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
406.3375 - USPIS RED NET
NAC 482 - USPIS
RIDs:
50315xx
Confirmed usage for Baltimore. DB sub to follow.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
407.8625 - DB history for DOS DC security and DOS DSS NY
NAC 0F0 - DOS DC Sec and DOS DSS NY
TGIDs: 1, 2
RIDS:
21
22
118xx
145xx
146xx
200xx
Notable for being heard in northeast Baltimore. On research, possibly a repeater for the facility on Broening Hwy, if that's necessary.
Users maintain strict, very military comms discipline - more so than MP units. Users likely DSS or other high grade sworn security (if there are any other such units in DOS).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
408.1375 - USPS Sorting Center Operations
245 DPL -
No relevant history.
Possibly in use for operations at the USPS facility at 900 E Fayette St.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
409.4 - DHS FPS Baltimore Ch 2
NAC 270 - DHS FPS
RIDs
5
50003xx
Added for a note: varying RIDs on this net indicate that this is the primary in use for the area - the talkgroup on MD FiRST displays a single RID indicative of a patch.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
418.625 - DEA 1 NET 1 - Strong in NE Baltimore
NAC 156 - DEA

418.675 - DEA 4 SURVEILLANCE - Strong in NE Baltimore
NAC 156 - DEA

418.75 - DEA 3 SURVEILLANCE - Strong in NE Baltimore
NAC 156 - DEA

418.95 - DEA 6 OPERATIONS - Very weak from NE Baltimore (adjacent area likely)
NAC Not yet decoded. No voice yet copied, just regular ~2min interval data bursts.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
419.8 - DB history for DHS FPS and USCG
P25 voice, was not fast enough to decode at the time. Will update with further when observed.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
419.9 - DB history for VA. Strong signal NE Baltimore and downtown.
023 DPL - No relevant history.
Militarized comms discipline noted between units with callsigns, indicating security/police work.
Possibly used for security at Baltimore VA Medical Center

Ah crap, you're right, and I didn't realize it. Gonna take more monitoring then. Those were the frequencies on which those transmissions were centered, with my SDR properly calibrated for correction and compensating for dynamic heat drift. So, either I'm getting an image, something else is hinky in my setup, or their repeater's RO is horribly off-true (obviously not likely)

I'll fix those when I hear them again. Thank you.

419.900 DPL 023 I believe is Coast Guard Curtis Bay Security. A few years ago when I was in the area, it hit on close call, I forgot about it, but recently found it again in my scanner and started listening to it and it sounds like security.

*** In reference to VA Hospital Police/Security 409.4375 DCS 065 is what I have.***

Might be worth trying, I believe 163.72500 NAC 085 and 171.32500 NAC 086 are connected. Have the same traffic.

Frequency: 167.75
NAC 68F
RID: 3054xxx

FBI Baltimore using a Baltimore area FIO net - LE 3.

Had just typed that in and was about to program it in my scanner to get some OTA confirmation... saved me the trouble ;)

DB update (s) incoming with a few things. I'll post relevant updates to this list once I get that done.

LeSueurC, I think I know what system that all is part of, I've been adding the bits together for a while. Would you be kind enough (if able) to let me know what RID ranges are showing up there, and the approximate geo area of strongest signal strength when you've been monitoring? I think with that, I'll know for sure.

848xxxx, some 846xxxx. Down here in VA the Signal seems to be strong around Norfolk, I'm sure for the same 2 frequencies it would be strong around Baltimore.

Thank you! That tallies with what I've seen on the system I think it is part of, in which case it will not be strong around here. Those freqs are, I believe, part of DHS Washington Net, which is a large multi-site conventional system that has a brother up here in Baltimore. I just submitted one piece of the Washington system and a bunch of bits of the Baltimore system to the DB.

OTA, it appears that each geographical area has one repeater networked to all the other repeaters in that system. The systems do not appear to be linked by simultaneous transmission across sites in the two systems (if I hear something on the DC system I won't hear it multicast on a Baltimore repeater), and the frequencies do not appear to be set up for any simulcasting - it appears to be very multicast-oriented.

TL;DR, I haven't heard diddly on those frequencies up here so far, I think because they're only part of the DC system and only physically active on repeaters down by you.

Thanks for the ID on the USCG Yard at Curtis Bay.
Also strong in the north end if Anne Arundel County along with this 419.900 are the following. Anybody have ID on them?

409.4375 DCS 065
410.4875 CTCSS 218.1
407.8625 NAC F0 (P25)

All sort of sound like security outfits of some sort and are fairly active (all while I wrote this entry) but I have not heard any of them say anything to ID who they are.

In reverse order:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
407.8625 - DB history for DOS DC security and DOS DSS NY
NAC 0F0 - DOS DC Sec and DOS DSS NY
TGIDs: 1, 2

My thinking is a wide area multicast DOS system for security (definitely building security chatter OTA)- there's way too much activity on there to be anything just in the Baltimore area. I love the comms discipline though, these guys impress.

410.4875 [419.4875] is a nationwide FEMA frequency pair, and I heard a little bit of traffic (unidentifiable) with the same PL the other day. Not sure what's up there, but I've got an ear out.

409.4375 [418.4375] per Dispatcher308 (and the RRDB):
