As previously stated, Border Patrol/Customs in Buffalo sector have gone all P25 - I am up in Watertown, the other end of the Buffalo sector.

163.1500 R $363 uses 162.9000 $360 as the input
Also look for these to use the same Freq/NAC as the input
anyone know the possible site names, please reply.

163.7250 $359 Site - WH
170.6875 $361 Site - MH
170.6250 $362 Site - KP
163.1500 $363 Site - BH

MH is Millstone Hill. It's located a few miles southeast of Barre, Vermont.

The rest are IDed correctly in prior replies.

Mike,

Is White's Hill located south and west of Malone? Near Parishville NY and Potsdam?

It's probably worth noting that I hear traffic on 163.725 quite well over a large swath of western Vermont but I don't hear much on it in the Massena area. Massena seems to be covered on 168.850.

Today I was in northern New York and signal-stalk/close called 165.925 carrying digital noise with a CTCSS of 151.4 near Chateaugay. It definitely was not P-25 encrypted voice. This was some other kind of digital encryption. It also seemed to be simulcast on 163.775 also carrying a CTCSS of 151.4. Both outputs were extremely busy and, yes, both carried a CTCSS of 151.4. Any ideas? Sorry, I'm not NAC-capable. Maybe someone who is can tune these in to see if they carry a NAC code as well.

Whites Hill USGS Rainbow Falls Quad, New York, Topographic Map

Whites Hill is a Summit in the state of New York (county of St. Lawrence), located at latitude - longitude coordinates (also known as lat-long or GPS coordinates) of N 44.59396 and W -74.77384. Whites Hill is shown in the center of the topographic (topo) map, which is sourced from the United States Geographical Survey map USGS Rainbow Falls quad. The nearest major town is Parishville, NY.

I'm not actually sure where White's Hill is Jim. I think it's somewhere in Northern New York, but please don't quote me.
