408.200 (confirmed output) and I believe 417.200 input for K.C. 100% ENC

EGWW = Edith Green/Wendel Wyatt Federal Building (I would guess the "Gar" to be Guards)
E-WA = the only thing I could come up with was East Washington, again I would guess the "Gd" to be Guard.
FL Ward 1 = no idea
JunoFBks1 = Juno-Fairbanks Ch 1?
ODS Ptnd = ODS Tower, Portland? I'm not too sure about this, but its the only thing google could find that fit.
SpokaneFB = Spokane Federal Building
TacomaSSA = Tacoma Social Security Administration
Another thing to think about. Most of the "Sam" units will be going away as FPS evolves from a police patrol-based LE system to an Inspections-driven system. Most of the FPOs are now graded as Inspectors, thus able to do other tasks such as security assessments, working with physical security devices (X-ray machines, etc), risk management and other non-traditional police things. They'll still be uniformed, and drive marked vehicles, but expect to hear most of the "Sam" units revert to "Paul" units.
415.2000 D125 West Los Angeles
415.2000 D245 Los Angeles Civic Center
417.2000 C127.3 Los Angeles Basin | San Fernando Valley | Santa Clarita Valley
Rumor had it that the HIGH sites [Wide Area] were using $295 and
a local area [Building Specific] might use $294 or $293 so as to not
drive the "Mega-Center" crazy
Also got $295 when I was in Hartford today. Sounded like they were doing some radio tests, one unit gave his location as JFK (I'm going to assume he meant JFK airport). If that's the case, $295 must be the regional/wide area NAC.
Or more likely - JFK is the JFK Federal Bldg in Boston as TSA would handle JFK Airport.

Good stuff, I'm starting to see a pattern here...
So far its:
410.800 NAC 201 Houston, San Antonio
and maybe Dallas?
Keep listening, it sounds like changes are afoot in the Greater Southwest region.
Definitely Dallas- they reported its use first in the Texas forum before I knew to plug it in in San Antonio. I'm assuming since this switch to P25 in Texas is happening rather quickly (that I can tell), that all these radios were probably programmed the same. I heard one officer tell another he went to "channel 2" (from 410.8000). I'm wondering if this could be a completely different freq or the same freq and different NAC (I assume it could be either- but if anyone, especially in Texas or Reg7, has heard them switch from 410.8000 NAC 201 to a different freq or NAC do tell)?

I can confirm 406.2000 NAC 201 in Milwaukee with a 2:00 p.m. CDT net rollcall.
