RadioFeed Feed keeps disconnecting

My feed keeps disconnecting 2 or 3 times a day. I am not losing internet connection so this is not the cause. I get the following message: Error Code 10: unable to write data to the transport connection. A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not ....................... I can't read rest of message. Thanks

Are you using a BCD536HP scanner with the Wi-Fi connection by any chance?
Intermittent connections could be caused by your computer, NIC card, cables, router, ISP, far end, etc. It's suggested by a few users to use a tool called PingPlotter to isolate where the problem is. Ensure you're not using AVG Anti-Virus software as that will interrupt TCP traffic.

No anti virus programs. Computer is dedicated to running one scanner and my weather station. Scanner is a whistler 1065
