My file server is currently a Raspberry Pi. I actually have two, one is a normal file server the other web facing running OwnCloud for all our phones and tablets to sync files to/from.

Out of curiosity what kind of throughput can you get with the Pi on the internal network with larger file size transfers (800+ MB)?
