Check the database for some additions to the Hancock County Section, I posted 2 opps channels used by Findlay Fire, As well as E-Hancock which is a mutual aid channel with Hancock County and FIndlay City Services. The opps channels are rarely used though, And you will only pick up radio traffic on E-Hancock when it floods or something of that nature. As soon as the DB admins post them up they will be available.
As far as I know the City Of Findlay does not have to pay subscriber fees to use MARCS since they sold off some frequencies formely used by their old smartnet analog system.
