I'm trying to hunt down firmware for the Version 3 5100 Handhelds. *The ones that use a Motorola UCM for Crypto. I've trying to help out a guy who has two of these that have version 3.2.2 and are boot looping. I can communicate if I act fast enough with PCIssue to read the options / esn and with Tune got a read on the radio but... When I power up with the 3rd button held down to go into Bootload mode it comes up fine (Doesn't reboot over and over) but get communications error if I try to update the Firmware. Which make no sense since I can read / write with PCIssue and PCTune if I act fast (Right after the logo is displayed) Anyway the only ver 3 firmware I have is CU_5100_Application_boot_Ver_03_10_06.exe I don't see many version 3 5100s so I am not sure I've ever used it but wonder if anyone has any other version 3 or the same one as mine but is not 9,860 KB?

Repeater TA Incorrectly Uses the Tx RAN	An issue with the Radio in repeater TA mode incorrectly using Tx RAN has been resolved.
VM8K Keyloader Detach Crash	An issue with VM8000 crashing when the keyloader cable is disconnected has been resolved.
Invalid Key display in DMR/NXDN Scan	An issue with invalid key displaying in both NXDN and DMR during Scan/Radio Wide Scan has been resolved. The invalid key display was related to a default Key ID Restriction in DMR/NXDN scan.
Customer DMR Site Roaming Scan List Corruption	An issue with Customer DMR Site Roaming Scan List corruption after moving around channels has been resolved.
KCH19/21 No Volume Control in Keypad Lockout	Volume can be adjusted now in keypad lockout. Two new check boxes have been added to override the keypad lockout settings.
VP5430 and VM5930 Replacement Parts	Armada will restrict firmware downgrades for new VP5430 Portables, and VM5930 Mobiles due to software changes to support a part supply change. Radios manufactured after November 2025 will be restricted to 8.46.15 or newer.
