Um, the maps have been using flash for ... well I think since we first put them up. Have you upgraded your Flash Player to the most recent version.

Also, if using IE7, check to make sure the player is not disabled:

On the menu bar - Tools/Manage Add-ons/Enable or Disable Add-ons...
