Here's a shot of Aircraft Carrier 8 on approach to the Golden Gate
clik pic for video
Does anyone have an updated Blue Angels frequency list for this year?

Cool Ridge! I used to live in Hunters Point. Saw the Blue Angels and one Jet flew under the Golden Gate Bridge. It was Amazing!

Would that have been in the mid 80's when the Blues were still in the A-4 Skyhawks? They grounded the pilot who did that and were flying with 5 jets for a few weeks after that. They were at China Lake the week after that happened.

There are plenty of threads [on-going] from the various Air shows, with those freq's. Alto look for the FREE Monitoring Times Air Show Guide which is acurate [they dont typically change freqs year-year]

LOL took me a minute but IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIgot it:D anyway nobody has the freqs? I started this thread for some juice man!

Blue Angels Actives

Actives for their survey today were the same this year as last - however - toward the end of the survey the Solos were chattering and they said they will need to switch to "channel 9 or 10" for solo traffic since they could here other transmissions on that freq....I was not able to hear them after that for the last 15 minutes of their flight, on any of my known BA channels....

Blue Angels Ch. 10...

Sometimes the Solos push CH. 10 which is 305.5

It happened two years back during an afternoon show...

I monitored a bit of the show from Treasure Island. I had my kids with me, so no opportunity to go SEARCHing for stuff. Here's what I found by scanning:
134.70 Air Boss
119.85 Discrete

237.80 Blue Angels / Solos
275.35 Blue Angels
284.25 Blue Angels
...didn't have time to verify usage between show box and diamond. Didn't hear Bert/Mo on 305.5, but that is probably a propagation issue.

142.6125 (67.0) Com CartA.
...one thing that surprised me was that the comcart NFM frequency used a tone. In all of the years this has been active, I've never heard/seen a tone.

I also would like help in identifying 164.90/P25. I was monitoring it because it was listed as a legacy Blue Angel frequency. Back in the day it would have been analog. Today it was P25 and it sounded like some sort of Coast Guard Security TAC frequency.

I'll do some web research, but if you find anything on it, please let me know.

I have it listed at USCG as well, but haven't heard any activity on it. Did you have a NAC with it?

A sidenote to the subject-marine channels bustling with Coast Guard cutters as you would expect for the event. So far I have as the most active freqs-
157.050
157.175
157.100
156.800
156.600
156.625
156.650
lots of 'securing' and 'passing' of guard:)
