I hear York Region Transit using this system from NW Toronto.

Ok, so that implies my scanner is configured wrong, but the setup was downloaded straight from the RR database using both FreeScan and Arc-XT Pro. This is bizarre. Would you mind, mciupa, posting how you have the system setup in your scanner?

I do not use a Uniden scanner.
I use a Pro-2096 which does not have a LTR programming option. I listen to that frequency conventionally.

For yourself, enter the freq. into LCN 01 in the program and make sure the trunk system is LTR Standard.

If you enter it as a conventional freq, can you hear it?

I've also tried for the last couple of hours entering 936.57500 as a conventional frequency in my Icom IC-R20 and I'm still getting nothing. I'm in Richmond Hill, near Hillcrest Mall, and 11 storeys up. I should be getting something. This is bizarre.

I've been "parking" the scanner on 936.575 for a time and haven't heard a peep, that's not normal. :(
But, I'm sure as recently as last week I saw them on my display.

I was doing a broad search between 936-938 MHz to see if anything "sounds like" Fleetcom, but so far nada.
Definitely be watching this one and if something is heard I'll tell you at what time it was heard.

It's time for you to take a ride on one of those gawd awful Miller Transit buses and see what they're using for comms these days.

Yeah, it seems YRT-Miller has gone silent. Was at Finch recently, didn't hear a word. Oh well, if you live near Newmarket, the YRT-Laidlaw/First Bus Canada operations are on 164.685.
