I haven't heard anything on NVCC PD DISP (773.40625 NAC 293) in about a month. Last I heard them they were partially encrypted, does anyone know if they've gone fully encrypted recently?
I think they may have abandoned the 700mhz and either gone back to using the new and old 800 mhz frequencies. The ones on the trunk system I believe are backup channels.
