Fleetnet issues?

Anyone else having issues with listening to Zone 1 (Edgar tower)?

I'm getting no OPP or MoH traffic... I've listened to a streaming feed for my area, and didn't hear any traffic there, either.

So, is something up, or just a super-insane quiet day?

Seems fine now - hearing Oscar and Lima units... Either was a passing issue, or just a freak quiet period!

Its never quiet on Fleetnet. Even a "border" tower like Guelph Woodlawn and Brantford, bordering the GTA go almost all day non stop. What scanner are you using? Do you have a solid consistent signal from these Fleetnet towers you listen to?

RS Pro106; been using it for maybe 2 years now; no changes to programming, antenna config, etc... Good signal strength off the Edgar Tower.

Seems fine today - just happened that I went 20 mins with no traffic yesterday. I've heard the local radio company doing a lot of tests on the OPP talk groups lately, so didn't know if they were having an issue...

Anyways - either whatever it was got resolved, or it was just a slow period (I do scan a relatively small number of talk groups...)
