Does anybody know a good flight tracker where I can track the flights I see in ACARS?

Flightaware is awsome. I just found it last night, and I can't stop using it.

None of the publicly available flight tracking services operate in real time. There is a 5 to 15 minute delay on all of them. Supposedly this is a homeland security requirement.
The only way to track a flight in real time is via ACARS if the flight is sending location messages. However, those messages are only sent periodically, so you still can't see the precise current location of an aircraft unless you are looking at it in the sky.
