Flood Frequencies

Hello fellow scanners. With the recent floods in Montgomery County and surrounding areas I was just wondering if anyone got a chance to find out any good federal emergency and state emergency frequencies. I heard alot of mention of EOD in montgomery county however they were transmitting on a frequency that I already have in my scanner and that is 46.120 (127.3 PL) which is the Montgomery County 911 fire & ems dispatcher frequency.
If anyone has any frequencies to share that they happened to find please do. Thanks again.

In the Binghamton area the helicopters (NYSP, USCG, etc.) have been pretty active on 123.050.
