Florida Power P25 (update for Brevard County))

The build out of the FPL P25 system appears to be in high gear... replacing the old EDACS system:

NOTE: Some of the below channels, as mapped TODAY - overlap and use some of the same channels as the EDACS system... so for now, consider this list a bit dynamic....

Also note, this is not solely a post from myself - there is one other individual instrumental in getting this data collected, but I will leave his name out of the post until I gain his approval to use his name.

everything above is P25. I haven't caught any voice transmissions yet, but i think it's Phase 2.

My friend works for the FPL radio shop in Miami. He spent most of this week setting up new repeaters, & aiming antennas for optimum range. They are Harris radios, & will be using phase 2. That being said, day to day comms are still on the Edacs system.
