I have followed every Youtube video discussing the setup for FLRIG to control my XieguG90 and work with WSJT-X. I am receiving signals and decoding them just fine. FLRIG works fine for controlling the XieguG90 but when I launch WSJT-X and transmit it does work once and then FLRIG locks up. Not sure how to resolve this. Any help is welcomed.

Is FLRig set up to work with the G90? If it isn't, then that's your problem, however....
FLRig is part of the FLDigi family of apps, so perhaps you would be better off asking in the Win-FLDigi reflector on groups.io....

I use the same Windows computer for both FLRIG and WSJT-X. HOWEVER (with my computer anyway) it is not possible to run both programs at the same time since they conflict with each other over serial port communications. Before I launch WSJT-X I must first quit FLRIG / FLDIGI... and vice-versa.
This. With serial communications, only one terminal can be in control at a time unless you use some sort of port sharing and conflict mitigation protocol.
