Did you enter the custom table? That's where the issue most likely lies.
Are you talking band plan? I think I have base freq of 406.000, not sure about upper, spacing of 12.5 and 380 offset. What should polarity be + or - ?

The polarity is - (according to Unitrunker)

Any updates on having an accurate FMDC entry in the Sentinel DB?

Thanks.

Using Sentinel to download DB from RR, FMCD is absent in Worcester as well as Middlesex counties.

Using ProScan, and connecting to RR, am able to download FMCD to a favorites list , but still no joy in receiving.

It just needs a custom table. I asked to have one put in, but not sure if it was.

If its known (what is it), can I enter the custom table using appropriate software used to program radio?

You should be able to. I gave what was given to be above. Use that. There is no upper, just use a lower, offset and bandwidth.

I programed this conventional, the audio type programed as NAC 0B6. and you will hear everything. I did program this as another system type Motorola this morning after looking at the Federal Corrections Institute in Danbury, CT. This is in the Sentinel database.

When you program Sentinel pick Motorola, select Custom, select End code Analog Band Plan 1) 406.00- 410.5375 12.5 spacing 380 offset. Band plan 2) 409.000-409.1875 12.5 spacing 744 offset. You be good to go. It will work. Danbury DCI has the same and they are non stop during the weekday.

So, was this still a Type II or is it P25?
Its digital P25 with end code Analog All Channels are Digital. I am not that knowledgeable on this. Danbury FCI is programed the same in the database, so I programed Devens that way and it worked, finally as intended. Alot of people's time involved in this. Now I am studying the Vids and putting Departments to them. Motorola Type II Smartnet is listed on Devens.

Motorola Type II Smartnet
FCI Butner, NC is programed the same also.
Yes Butner is, I've monitored it several times, though it is out of range from the house. While it is in my TRX-1 and works good, I also have it programmed in my G5 as conventional P25 scan.
