I have been trying to use my credit card for the $15 upgrade. I input my information and the buttons available are CREDIT CARD, Paypal delayed payment, or CONTINUE and REVIEW.

There is no button to push to continue with the credit card only purchase you have to use Paypal. Is this correct?

If so, then why do you have the statement credit card purchasers are immediately upgraded?

I will continue to clear up this post.
When I click on continue and review it refreshes the screen and will not allow me to finalize the buy. The page forces you to go to the Paypal site to "apply" for the delayed payment offer. Reading the contract, it states interest is free to all accounts OVER $99. So, by forcing me to use the Paypal they get their interest plus offer me a $10 discount or rebate. The $10 discount is payable to me only AFTER two pay cycles. Paypal also says I can pay the full amount after they bill me by email which probably won't be sent out for a month thereby compounding the interest.

So folks, how do I pay by credit card instantly without the Paypal interest?

Thanks for the thread to scannermaster.
That apparently worked.

BUT, You at radioreference need to do some work to your website because certain links don't work. Your affiliation with PayPal and their website needs looked at too. I too had a website crash when I copied and pasted the activation key. I hit the "add" button and nothing happened. My premium status did not change to the upgraded status so I hit the "add" button again. The screen changed to "this key has already been entered, please enter a new key." You have a lot of work to do on your confusing website.

I want to make it perfectly clear I am not ranting. I am trying to tell you what is wrong and needs corrected. Confusing websites turn away business.

To blantonl,
You state 99% of your subscriptions are purchased via credit card at radio reference. I submit to you the page that was forcing me to use PayPal was a PayPal site with radio reference at the top. The mere fact that you get these inquiries indicate to me there is a problem somewhere.

Maybe I'm confusing what you're saying, by your options are to pay with PayPal, or pay with a credit card. Radioreference uses Paypal to process credit card charges also. I don't know the specific reasons why Lindsay uses Paypal to process credit cards, but on my online business, I use it for its ease of use and simplicity. Just because you're at a PayPal processing site doesn't mean that you're required to use a Paypal account. You can enter your credit card details without signing up for PayPal.

That was my point. I could NOT enter the credit card without signing up for the PayPal "offer" of a delayed payment. After I entered my credit card information and hit continue and review, the website did nothing but refresh the page. You are forced to use the delayed payment option from PayPal. Doing so with a balance under $99.00 creates an interest type fee and guess what, delaying the payment creates more time to accumulate fees. I know the fee is minimum but just the fact of being forced into it upset me when I should be able to use the CC without paying a fee.

I've never heard of this before.

Not sure where you went wrong there.
