Forum Emails

I am no longer receiving Forum Notification Emails. My email server puked all over itself last Friday - Sunday morning causing any emails to get bounced back immediately. Now that I am up again, I am not receiving RR emails on anything. It's not in Spam or anything like that.

If it bounces back xx times, does RR drop you from the notify list or something. I'm showing 300+ subscribed notification threads but I'm still not getting any.

Could someone check into this for me? Thanks.

Guys, I know my email is working correctly, other forum notifications are coming in from other sites, but no longer RR.

Unfortunately I don't know very much about e-mail, just enough to make me dangerous probably.

Is there any chance that your e-mail platform has "blacklisted" e-mail from an @radioreference.com source? As I understand it, anything that is blacklisted get rejected.

You may wish to sign in on your e-mail provider and "white list" the radio reference domain.

It is not in spam or blacklisted. I maintain my own email domain. It happened after my email went down for three days, I'm guessing it bounced back at RR, RR figures I don't exist anymore and stopped attempting any and all emails, but now I have my stuff fixed.

I suppose you checked your account information on the user control panel. . .

Since you are doing your own e-mail, have you tried setting up a different e-mail address in the user CP and see if your information will go to that?
