Because you are a feed provider. Most feed providers wear that badge on the profile.

I get a Premium Subscription as a Feed Provider.
YES and a fancy new title, but he was asking if your previous subscription ended which would change you from the premium banner (like mine) to the feed provider banner (like yours).
