Anybody know what happened to Freehold TWP PD on 501.11250? I haven't heard anything in 2 days so did they upgrade/move to a new system? Thx

Yes it is a requirement. All police departments that want to be on the sheriff's trunking system must be 100% encrypted. It appears most law enforcement in Monmouth County is heading in that direction. (No further comment) 😥

Police (Encrypted) and EMS have switched to the Monmouth County Public Safety P25 Trunk System. Police TG 3003 and EMS on North Response TG 14025. and also the Monmouth County FIRE / EMS (VHF) Paging and Response System - North Paging and Response. Police VHF Channels are now for local/backup to trunk system.



Holmdel



Police (Encrypted) Fire, EMS and DPW have switched to NJICS. Remaining VHF and UHF frequences (save FD/EMS) have been marked "depreciated" until its determined if they are used as local or backup to NJICS.



Hazlet



Hazlet Township is now dispatched by Monmouth County. The police have switched to MCPS and remian encryted. Fire will be dispatched on Monmouth County North Page and operate on North Response. The EMS will be dispatched on North Page(VHF) and operate on the countywide P25 system EMS North Response.
