Freq Digits Format

I noticed that the number of digits displayed in freqs has changed. Specifically, freqs that were XXX.xxx0 no longer have that final 0. [e.g. 463.5750 --> 463.575 and 452.1000 --> 452.100]

Is this the new norm or an oops?

Conventional frequencies were showing trailing zeros out to the 5th decimal place prior to a recent change. Now it will only pad zeros out to the 3rd decimal place. This is how it was prior to v2 of the RRDB, so it was a correction.

I did too. To me, it looked better, more uniform. But I'm certainly not gonna die w/o them. 😁
