On freq 407.2375 at 19:12 hr est with a nac of 080 some kind of net going on mentioned a vehicle, a white pov, and he was 51 to opf. Sounded military or federal so i thought i'd post it here,not sure if its the right place... My location is central Florida, anybody have any idea's who this is ?

NAC 080 seems like it's from a trunked system. It would match a system like Patrick Air Force Base / Kennedy Space Center Trunking System. The system hasn't been updated since 2009 so it may be using 407.2375.

Many of the A-Band TRS's are being updated for the 9 Mhz off-sets and narrowbanding. FBoP is migrating many, and changing the SysID.
