Hello, on the portion of federal agency frequencies until recently I only listened to national parks, the occasional unencrypted CBP transmission, etc. But it hasn't copied anything for a few days and now some frequencies appear marking p25 Data channel.Now they work on another system? is there any way to program to listen to them again?

Your profile states that you’re in PR. If that’s correct, DHS recently switched to a P25 VHF trunking system that unfortunately is 100% encrypted. Many federal agencies switched to it including ICE, CBP, NPS and others. You are probably hearing either a control channel or other data from the system.

Not familiar with that make/model, but would be interesting to see what you get for a SysID off the control channel to add to what SFLMonitor shared

Part of the CISA publication is incorrect. The TACCOM project was envisioned and planned significantly before hurricanes Irma and Maria. Those hurricanes actually delayed the progress of the project.
