Does it matter what freq. does into what bank? My banks are listed...example bank A says 1-50
Bank b 50-101 and so on...or is this just a way to keep track of where they are?

For conventional channels, you can put them wherever you like. There is evidence that scanners scan slightly faster if the conventional channels are in order by frequency, but the effect is small.
