Does anyone know where I can get the most updates frequencies for IL? I have searched websites and they are all out dated

Frequecies usually don't change very often. The database here on RR is probably the most complete and update you'll find.

Eastern IL. 2 hr south of Chicago. Is there a paid service to get the freq? Also how would I obtain the PL Codes?
