I believe that Citrus County is 99% encrypted. The only chatter I've heard in the clear is Levy County EMS units calling into Tampa General on Hwy 19.

If you find anything else in the clear, please let us know. I'm not far from you.

I believe SO channels are encrypted. I know atleast one fire channel isn't because it's on Broadcastify. Maybe some EMS channels and something else.

You will have NO, NONE, ZERO chance of getting a Motorola APX7000/8000 on a 'trunked system" programmed by any Florida agency even to "receive only". All Motos in Florida are locked by agencies and are unable to "affiliate" to non authorized users. You need an SDS100/200 based on where you live.
