All morning I've been monitoring radio maintenance conducting tests with control. I've searched all the usual sources all with negative results. I'm located in South Western PA

Frequency is analog NFM 172.9875 DPL 152.

Any assistance appreciated

That is the US Postal Service truck operation in Pittsburgh.

It's one of the more annoying frequencies to monitor at times. There have been a lot of undisciplined radio procedures, crude comments and out and out verbal brawls heard on this channel at times, at least when I've been in Pittsburgh...

Chris,

Thanks for the info. so far I haven't monitored anything out of line. While they were conducting their tests they kept referencing the fact that they were on the repeater, leading me to believe they utilize simplex as a primary, and I'm to far away to confirm that. Only traffic monitored has been the testing
