Does anyone know where I can obtain a complete frequency list for my hometown of SAGINAW MI? I have a RADIO SHACK PRO -96 handheld digital scanner. THANKS!

Look at the database in this site - float your mouse over Database under the RR logo, then select Database Home. Use the pulldowns to select your state and county

Saginaw Co. is switching to the MPSCS system. There is some discussion about it in the Michigan Forum. Also You might get some better answers in the Michigan Forum.

Saginaw mi is switching to the mpscs system. What does this mean?will i be able to use my digital scanner to pick up police calls? Thankyou!

Yes, the MPSCS system is a digital system. You can monitor it on your Pro-96.
