Most federal agency frequencies are classified, and are not administered or published by the FCC. They are handled by the NTIA, who doesn't make them, ANY of them, available to the public.

I posted a channel lineup in another discussion about CAL FIRE (California's Department of Forestry and Fire Protection). The document I put up had federal freqs redacted. So... as they say, "The proof is in the pudding."
