Yaesu: FT-70DE battery

I have a Yaesu FT-70DE, after roughly two years battery no more last good and I bough a new one.
Result is the same, just re-charged and after 2/3 times I push TX battery level spy blink
Any suggestion to recovery ?

yaesu tend not to answer also for bugs I reported.
But you are right I can contact them 1st
