It looks like someone submitted a change to the SO's primary channel, which was previously on a narrowband pair:

159.375 MHz (in Newcastle)

They also listed a possible second repeater:

151.070 MHz (in Lexington)

Other frequencies on the license (WQDW404) include: 151.4825 & 154.755. If all these frequencies are paired for repeater ops, then it's most likely that 154.755 is the input for 151.070 MHz, and the 151.4825 goes with 159.375. Can anyone confirm this? Also, does anyone have any tone info?

If I hear anything, I'll advise.

Hmmm.... listening for two days across all frequencies noted previously as well as the previous primary repeater output... and nothing heard. Not a peep.

152.030, eh? I'll plug'er in!

Thanks!

Not five minutes after I made the last posted, I heard MCSO/Purcell dispatch talking to some unit on 152.030... don't know if it was MCSO ops or Purcell PD ops yet...

Thanks fast2okc!

Dibble PD 1202 calling Washington PD 2501 and then Purcell on 152.030 just a few moments ago pretty much cleared the MCSO vs. PPD thing up... MCSO it is. Now... did they just move the villages to that frequency, or did they also move the deps? Will be listening...

Just heard MCSO 4404 on 152.030... so apparently, the deps are there, too. Now, if I could just hear Purcell... :)

So, the fun continues... I just heard a law enforcement unit call Purcell with callsign "3303".

Wonder who that is...

Just heard Wayne PD 3003 call Purcell on 375. Could it be that they've moved all dispatch ops to the new repeater? Could it be that they are retaining 152.030 as a backup? Stay tuned... :D

Jsut heard very static transmissions, possibly repeater traffic, on 151.070... thought I could hear voices, but nothing was intelligible.

I have to get a better antenna on this thing... still occasionally hearing voices on 151.070 along with what might be repeater courtesy tones, but I can't make anything out in the squelch hash.

Good point. I did start to pick out what sounded like a rebroadcast of NOAA Weather Radio yesterday... kinda weird...

I think I'll hook up a tape recorder...

I haven't heard anything on the old, unlicensed 153.9425/158.8425 repeater in some time (since the switches through 152.030 and to 159.375), though I haven't been listening to it full-time, either.

I verified today that Purcell FD is using tone D051 on it's 159.2325/151.4600 repeater (input AND output). This has been submitted to the DB.

Indeed... I've confirmed that MCSO's primary dispatch repeater (output 159.375) has an input frequency of 151.4825, also with DPL 244. This has been presented to the elders for inclusion in the DB... :D

More Fun

Heard 151.070MHz in Purcell today with a PL tone of 151.4. Sounded like highway maintenance stuff, but I didn't hear enough to be sure.

Anyone around there confirm who this is?
