Just stumbled into this thread. Would a home stereo amp count, when it picked up non-intended signals?
A long time ago, in a galaxy really nearby, a FD engine driving by our apartment, clearing the scene of a (very routine) false alarm. Their VHF-H transmission audio came out of our speakers, over the movie we were watching.
