Looks like it's in the middle of the ABIA Security TG block, gotta be related.

There was a baggage handling system upgrade at ABIA completed at the beginning of the year and sounds like they added a new TGID. Most of the radio traffic is "Control to East, there is an over-height jam at southwest" Maybe someone else can chime in with more info and submit a change with a more appropriate channel ID tag.
