Mostly 4 digits in TC: I submitted the following so far: 6418 Law 1 (Dispatch), 6426 Tooele Fire 1 & 6421 Tooele County Service. There are many other active 4-digit TG's that I haven't I'd yet. I am hearing a (probable) patched channel too - Interoperations SL Region TG 63153.

considering its been online for about 2 weeks or better and encrypted at last report, the only thing clear is fire 1 & 2 and probably UHP.
Thank you for the correction. 10/31 is when I noticed virtually no traffic on the 800 system. I am using a SDS200.
I have identified the following TG:
7425 Fire
7426 Fire
7461 Fire paging
2263 Possibly ambulance
7417, 7418, 7419 and 7424 are encrypted

Do you guys hear a short "hissing" sound after each call (mostly dispatch channels)? It's kind of annoying to listen to after hearing such clear digital audio. I'm using SDS200's via ProScan software.
I am not noticing a hissing sound on my SDS200 after calls. I am using ARC536PRO for logging and audio is direct from SDS200.

I noticed that too, but unfortunately I think it's Tooele's implementation on their end. I don't hear it on other TGs or patches. And for reference, I'm using a BCD996P2.

Thanks for getting back. Hopefully it is only temporary.

After checking some cleaner recordings, 99% sure 9006 is Millard County SO/Law 1.

And now I'm suddenly hearing Box Elder SO, Tremonton, and Brigham City PD on 4772 patched via 63153.

Sounds like Summit County SO is online - 5513 (what was 48000). Currently doing some live-testing between field units and consoles which just went from REALLY AWFUL to clean rather quickly, haha. They have the same issue Tooele had initially with the static at the end of each transmission.

Just heard a little bit ago what I'm pretty sure is state Division of Emergency Management (they did mention "DEM" in their conversation a couple times)

1847 - DEM Channel 1 (assumed)
1848 - DEM Channel 2 (assumed)
1849 - DEM Channel 3 (confirmed)
1850 - DEM Channel 4 (confirmed)

Does anyone know what it means when you see two talk groups listed? Example 5515 63174.

5515 is the TG
63174 is the "supergroup" TG.

EDIT: For reference (and those new to Harris systems as I am), the 6xxxx TGs are system-assigned talk groups set aside for patching or grouping multiple talkgroups together. They're chosen at random or sequential, and there's a pool of them...63xxx-65xxx.

I guess if they are rotating, it will be hard to tell who's, who. Got lots to learn about this. Thanks for getting back!

I just stumbled upon the recent updates to the database and I'm not happy with what I see. Unfortunately, my prediction was correct in this post: Utah switching to P25 phase II in 3 to 4 months.

Hopefully, UHP and Morgan County will have their own individual TG's, instead of being lumped in with Weber. My fingers are still crossed, but I'm guessing that almost all LE TG's along the Wasatch Front will be encrypted. :(

Not sure who ID'd 5921 as Utah County Law 1 in the DB, but if true, 5931 should then be Utah County SAR as they had an exercise this morning, and they used both systems for comms. Got some distortion from time to time, but I think that was on my end and not their comms.

This website OpenMHz is showing a frequency of 773.194. When I look at the database for the new P25 system I don't see that frequency listed? There were a few more that this website would show but I could not find?

It's just rounded - it should be 773.19375. Every frequency in this system will end with 125, 375, 625, or 875.

the 63xxx TGs are temporary and are only patches to the true TG. only report the 4 digit or 3 digit TGs . The 63000 TGs are rotating and change constantly...
