Hey, has anyone noticed the Gig Harbor Fire units are using different numbers today?
The dispatcher and firefighters sound like they are not used to the change either.
They were dispatching Engine 521 to a accident and they said "Engine 521 respond... correction Engine 51"
I have conformed this twice today that it was the Gig harbor units.
Does anyone have anymore info on this? Are all the fire departments in pierce county going through this?? VERY INTERESTING
