Hanging kinda low this morning after last nights snow... (Pulley and 5 pound weight on the far end to allow the antenna to sag)

Gene, yes, a pulley and a weight have saved many a dipole of mine in previous years. For the weight, I used to use a 5 pound metal coffee can (haven't seen one of those lately...) or two filled with cement and a large eye-bolt sticking out of the top. Looks like you guys got a heavy, wet snowfall last night.

The one in the back was worse.. Pulley and 10 pound weight on this one. About 20 feet of rope were actually on the ground, under the snow. Yes, wet and heavy is one way to describe it. Heart Attack snow is another.. Thankfully I have a plow..
