I'm hearing what sounds like a GMRS repeater out of Carlisle on 462.625 PL141.3, that's a pretty good trip to Maryland.

The last couple of evenings I have heard Louisiana, California and here in Texas, ITs been really strong the last few nights. Even heard it coming in on my ht.

This repeater is on a decent hill in Mount Holly and the antenna is pretty high up on the tower. It gets a lot of stray input interference for these reasons.

Tropospheric ducting has been prevalent the past few days/weeks, particularly late evening, early morning. I've caught VHF & UHF stations (non-GMRS) reliably from as far up as Connecticut from my QTH in southeast PA
