A man with an obvious fatal wound to his head lies in the middle of Grand Avenue, near 8th Street, amid the wreckage of a number of vehicles in his immediate area, as Grand Valley law enforcement converge on multiple shooting scenes this evening.
Law enforcement is also on scene of a shooting a few blocks from that location, at 10th Street and Hill Avenue near Washington Park. There, it is believed police shot a suspect who had tried to carjack a vehicle, according to a witness.
