Grant County Trunk system

I was in Grant County over the weekend ,and I put in the MACC-911 trunk system I heard the fire dept. stuff but very little on law enforcement

IS Grant County Law enforcement using the trunk system or is it just the fire dept.? so what is the story

Law is encrypted AFAIK

I was there for the airshow this weekend and heard some traffic on "Law 2 Data" and remember that being partially encrypted from before (only heard the officers or dispatch traffic so it was one-sided), but yes, as mentioned above most law is encrypted, except for Troopers, you'll hear them in that area.
