Yes I can Phil! One night when Phil was working one of his units was behind a drunk UPS driver that had a 3 trailer job. The unit had to have Phil call OHP OKC Turner to see if a unit was close. The closest Turner unit was just leaving OKC. Then Phil calls Troop B as the drunk UPS driver leaves the turnpike into Tulsa. Still, no unit, all Troop B's guys were out to lunch. The CCSO unit had been following this possible drunk and dangerous driver from Bristow to Tulsa posing a clear and present danger and the only reason why he couldn't go 59 with him was because of BS politics. The Turner runs through Creek County and is in Creek County's JD so why all the BS. It is BS like that gets officers and citizens killed! Tulsa SO goes 59 on the interstates all the time here in Tulsa County and they write a lot of citations too because of it! So why can't Creek County?

So what you are saying is that they are foreign citizens in a foreign nation?

I've never undestood this two nation thing. Are you part of the American Nation or an Indian Nation? Is there dual citizenship?

I'm very confused on all of this.

I am a US citizen & a citizen of the Cherokee Nation!:D (then again, so is half of Oklahoma:lol: )

Because there is a big difference between interstate and turnpike. One is a public road the other a private scam...I Mean govt agency. You hear them and TPD stopping them on hwy 169 but not where it turns into the crekk turnpike.
