The Radioshack PRO-99 (GRE built) actually included OTAP as part of its feature set. It defaults to an RX frequency of 154.600 (MURS 5)

The manual has the following specifications:
Interface -- AFSK (Audio Frequency Shift Keying)
Modulation -- MSK (Minimum Shift Keying)
Mark Frequency -- 1200 Hz
Space Frequency -- 1800 MHz (Likely a typo and meant Hz)
Data Format -- Asynchronous
Data Length -- 8-bit
Parity -- None
Stop Bit -- 2-bit
Baud Rate -- 1200 bps
Data Transmission Direction -- One Way (Receive Only)

I'm not sure what software supports this (if any ever did, Win99 doesn't seem to but I don't have one) or what format the transmitted information is in, but it would be something to experiment with if you ever got your hands on one.
