GRE PSR-500 Repairs

I have a PSR-500, one of the battery contacts has broken off inside the battery compartment. Is there anywhere I can send it to have it repaired or where to get parts to possibly do myself.

I called them about a repair on a PSR-410, they had a recording that they are moving locations and should be fully open in about 2 weeks, hope it is true

And how was a month and a 1/2 ago?Their website is still now still saying that you have to.You can't buy nothing from their website because they're still moving to their new office.Obviously I guess you can't buy nothing from them now
