Great difficulty programming SDS100 quick keys in Sentinal

I am looking for help with my quick key programming issue on my SDS100.

I have all of the quick keys enabled in Sentinel. See "Shot3". I've download CHP from RR and assigned it Quick Key #7 (shot2), but it does not show in my favorites list, it goes from 6 to 8.

I then downloaded from RR, USA\California[County Systems] San Mateo\Hospitals-San Mateo County Medical Center, and I assigned it quick key #16 "Shot4"

When I sort my favorites list by QK number, it shows me that CHP and San Mateo County Medical have no QK , see "Shot0". What have I done wrong?

Have a read at this link. It summarizes the different quick keys. Favorite list can have qk. Systems within fav lists can have qk and departments and sites share the 0-99 qkeys

Thanks for the reply Dave. The only thing I found was that there are 99 quick keys for me to use. I have them all turned on as show in my post. I have only assigned 16 out of the 99 quick keys. I checked each favorite to ensure that download monitor are both one.

So I am back at square one. I find it odd that only the first 15 favorites are working as before.

You can have 100 favorite lists with quick keys. Within each of those 100 favorites lists, you can have 100 systems quick keyed. Within each of those 100 systems, you can have 100 depts/sites qkeyed.

Thanks again Dav. I'm not sure what I changed, but now the favorites quick keys are back and working.
